If you were to chose your babysitter today, would you be comfortable selecting an adult who's already a mother, someone below or above her 20s? Someone with an Ordinary or Advance Level Certificate, a University Graduate or better still, a young primary school graduate, or again someone who has never been to school at all?
How will you treat your Nanny or integrate her into your family? Will you want someone who's a relative or someone you do not know at all. Can you trust your Nanny? If not why don't you trust her?
What will you do if you find your Nanny acting inappropriately towards your kid(s). Starving or maltreating your kid(s).
Let's educate ourselves on this and take serious precautions to avoid any such situation.
