Warning letters dropped by Boko Haram telling people to stay away from elections

According to this twitter user, this just happened. Wow!..there has been speculations that Boko haram might indulge in terrorism during the upcoming presidential elections in Nigeria and that is the reason why the Independent Electoral Commission postponed the elections.
